Born in 1961, Glenn Weiss is a US citizen and has been resident in Monaco since 1995.  He graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio in 1983 and the Boston University School of Law in Massachusetts in 1986 and also studied at Magdalen College, Oxford University in England and the University of Salzburg in Austria.  He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1987 and granted authorization by the Principality of Monaco to provide services as an independent legal advisor in 1999.

Prior to starting his own practice, he was Conseiller Juridique (Legal Advisor) for Prestige Cruises Management S.A.M., the Monaco subsidiary of Costa Crociere S.p.A. in Italy, an Associate at Wormser, Kiely Galef & Jacobs in New York City, and an Avocat-Stagiere (Lawyer-Intern) at Patry, Junet, Simon et Le Fort in Geneva, Switzerland. 

He is a member of the Association Monégasque des Services a la Croisière (Monaco Cruise Line Service Association) and has personal experience as a crewmember onboard sail and motor yachts.

Representative clients include Costa Crociere S.p.A., Costa Cruise Lines N.V., Star Clippers Ltd., Quality Cruise Services Inc., Cruise Management Consulting Ltd., Aquadale Limited, and the South of England P&I Club.
